Galactic Renovation is a growing company, and our people grow with it. You will join a 30+ person in-house team of tradespeople, project managers, and coordinators who work together on every project instead of being handed off down a chain of subcontractors.
The work is hands-on and varied. One week you might be on a kitchen or basement renovation in a family home, and the next on a commercial build-out or a full-home renovation. Because we handle the full scope of every project, you get experience across residential and commercial work rather than repeating the same task in the same setting.
A large share of our projects comes from repeat clients and referrals, which means a steady pipeline of work. When the calendar stays full, so does yours.

Craftsmanship
We take pride in work that is done right, down to the details the client may never see. Good tradespeople care about the finish; we hire and keep people who do.

Safe work habits are part of the job, not an extra. Every crew member is expected to look out for themselves and for the people working beside them.

Clients plan around us, and so do our own crews. We show up when we say we will, do what we committed to, and speak up early when something changes.

Project Manager
Plan and run renovation and construction projects from estimate to final walkthrough. Coordinate in-house crews, keep schedules and budgets on track, and act as the main point of contact for clients.
Carpenter
Handle framing, structural work, and finish carpentry across residential and commercial projects. Work as part of an in-house crew on kitchens, additions, basements, and bathrooms.
Site Supervisor
Lead day-to-day activity on active job sites. Direct crew assignments, keep work moving safely and on schedule, and coordinate with the project manager on materials, inspections, and next steps.
