One in-house team
Every waterproofing project follows the same five-step process as the rest of our work: free consultation and site visit, design and detailed estimate, permitting and planning, construction with regular updates, and a final walkthrough backed by our warranty. Our team handles permitting as part of every project that requires it.
All of the work is done by our 30+ person in-house team, from the first assessment of the wet area to the last detail of the finished surface.

Waterproofing FAQ
Yes. Water passes through grout and grout lines over time. The membrane behind the tile is what actually keeps that water out of the wall structure.
We start with an assessment. Surface repairs sometimes work, but a failed membrane usually means rebuilding the wet area properly, and we will tell you which situation you are in.
We use proven sheet and liquid membrane systems and choose the right one for each project.
